Phyllis has been qualified as an Osteopath for 23 years and is a tutor/lecturer at both the London School of Osteopathy (LSO) and University College of Osteopathy (formerly BSO) at undergraduate, Post graduate and Masters level.
She completed pilates training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) which enables her to offer pilates based exercises plus combined osteopathy with one to one pilates sessions if required.
In 2021 she qualified as an ICF (PCC) Coach and subsequently a Coach Supervisor & Coach mentor. She has completed many CPD (continual professional development) courses including a Pregnancy & Women’s Health Pilates courses, and is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a qualified Hypnotherapist.
